01 — Getting Started

How to register as a student

Becoming an ICPASS student follows a straightforward five-step path from enrolment to your first examination.

01

Check your eligibility

Review the minimum academic entry requirements for the ICPASS qualification pathway before applying.

02

Register with an accredited training provider

Enrol with a training institution that delivers the ICPASS syllabus. This is where your tuition and coursework take place.

03

Pay your registration fee & begin study

Pay the one-off ICPASS registration fee and your institution’s tuition fee, then begin coursework for your first level.

04

Sit your examinations

Register for and sit the ICPASS examinations for your level, paying the relevant per-paper examination fee.

05

Progress toward Associate membership

On successful completion of all levels, progress from student to Associate member of ICPASS.

02 — Costs

Student fees

All fees are payable in US Dollars, or their equivalent in South Sudanese Pounds (SSP) at the prevailing exchange rate.

S/N Item Amount

  • Tuition fees as set by the institution’s own fee structure.
  • Any additional internal administrative fees charged by that institution.
