Mr. David Mogga

Mr. David Mogga Kwaje is the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of South Sudan (ICPASS). He is a seasoned finance, governance, and institutional development professional with over 15 years of experience in public financial management, audit and assurance, strategic leadership, and regional development. Holding an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, he has also completed professional training in ACCA, IPSAS, project management, and international organizational management. Before joining ICPASS, he served in senior leadership roles at the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD), where he led regional finance and governance initiatives. At ICPASS, he provides strategic leadership to strengthen financial governance, institutional capacity, and professional excellence while advancing the accountancy profession and promoting accountability in South Sudan.

Mr. Alith Jacob Ayuen

Mr. Alith Jacob Ayuen is the Finance and Administration Officer at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of South Sudan (ICPASS) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K). He is an experienced finance and administration professional with expertise in financial management, budgeting, compliance, internal controls, grants management, and organizational administration. Before joining ICPASS, he held finance leadership positions with Stanbic Bank South Sudan, Smile Again Africa Development Organization (SAADO), and other reputable institutions. At ICPASS, he supports strong financial governance, enhances administrative systems, and promotes accountability and operational excellence in advancing the accountancy profession in South Sudan.

Mr. Cube Ceaser Kenyi

Mr. Cube Ceaser Kenyi is the Education Officer at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of South Sudan (ICPASS). He is an accomplished education and capacity development professional with over 25 years of experience in education systems strengthening, training, curriculum implementation, and institutional capacity building. Having worked with organizations such as Lutheran World Federation (LWF), Finn Church Aid (FCA), Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), Save the Children, FHI360, and Winrock International, he brings extensive expertise in professional training, quality assurance, partnership building, and program coordination. At ICPASS, he leads initiatives that strengthen accountancy education and support the professional development of accountants in South Sudan.
